If you don't know, the British comedian has been trolling the bureaucrats responsible for advertisements on public transportation with various submission ideas for the London Underground.
As you can imagine, the nanny state has rejected some of his funniest ideas.
(It's funny because it's true.)
(Muslims don't like dogs, and there are a gazillion Muslims in London now.)
He has gotten a few of his advertisements approved, however!
At any rate, saying "Merry Christmas" might be his most offensive idea yet.
