My favorite quote, however, comes from The New York Times:

The mental image of "fewer than 10" middle-aged "aspiring comedy writers" gathered outside Kimmel's studio because they think America is becoming totalitarian is funnier than anything Jimmy Kimmel has ever said.
Democrat politicians, meanwhile, took a moment away from calling Republicans a dangerous threat to the nation to ... call Republicans a dangerous threat to the nation.
