We've really come a long way in the last few decades, haven't we?
Not in a good direction though.

Check out this "Baptist pastor" tell his church that the Bible doesn't say you shouldn't have sex before marriage. 👇
'Teaching Christians that 'sex before or outside of marriage is a sin,' ...may be something that you learned from an esteemed Bible preacher or teacher, but it is not something supported by the Word of God,' he says.

Delman Coates, senior pastor of Mt. Ennon Baptist Church, goes on to say that any pastor or Christian podcaster telling you that it's unbiblical to have premarital sex are, well, wrong themselves.
They may be sincere, but can be sincerely wrong.
Coates claims that when the Bible talks about sexual sin it's ONLY talking about prostitution.

He then quotes Jesus in John 8, which says, "So Jesus said to the Jews who had believed him, 'If you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples, and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free,' as if his pro-fornication position is "the truth" that's "setting people free."
No, Delman (if that's even your real name), it's not. Quite the opposite, actually.
Coates continues his unhinged rant, claiming we need to "de-stigmatize" pre-marital sex.👇
I don't know about you, but someone should check out this guy's browser history and also check in on his wife.
This wildly heterodox position — that'll certainly lead his congregation into open sin, if they're foolish enough to take his word for it — seems like a man running from his own conscience, attempting to justify his sinful behavior.
