Apparently a beach ball being tossed around in the Australian crowd got Garbage's lead singer, Scottish rocker Shirley Manson, all worked up.

If you don't know, Garbage had its heyday in the mid-'90s with songs like "Stupid Girl" and "Only Happy When It Rains," as well as the theme song for the Bond film "The World Is Not Enough."
After tearing into the fan in Sydney, she posted this message to social media:
She then arrived in Brisbane to more beachballs than one can imagine...
...and apologizes for her beach-ball tirade while arguing that Palestine's independence is more important than beach balls.
