Adding insult to injury, the play was ruled no catch and fair, so both baserunners scored on an inside-the-park home run.
The injury, you might imagine, was a fractured left forearm. The details are fuzzy on this so I'll leave it at "fractured forearm" -- though I can only imagine what that x-ray might look like.
Callihan visited the doctor upon his return to Cincinnati, and he should be back on the field toward the end of the season
