Here's what Children's Wisconsin told TMJ4:
We are communicating to patients that due to escalating legal and federal regulatory risk facing systems and providers across the nation, we are currently unable to provide gender affirming pharmacologic care.
Translation: Due to the Trump administration threatening our funding if we do child mutilation we are no longer doing child mutilation.
If it wasn't for common-sense governing, these hospitals would still be cutting up kids and giving them hormones to block puberty.
