Over the weekend, Seattle Mayor Bruce Harrell denounced Christians for a worship service at a downtown park.
Why?
Well, those troublesome "EXTREME RIGHT-WING" Christians made Antifa mad by glorifying Jesus Christ in public.
On Monday night, after receiving widespread backlash, Harrell decided to dial his wokeness up to Level 11 and infer that the Christians are racist.
Even the local reporters can't believe it:
Twenty-three Antifa thugs were arrested for assaulting police as they attempted to disrupt and attack the worship service. None of the Christians at the event were cited or arrested for violence.
The worship service was organized by Mayday USA, which is calling on believers to proclaim the Gospel in the public square and to stand up for children in their neighborhoods.
Harrell has repeatedly slandered them as bigots and said, in a public statement, that he would be allocating city resources to "review all of the circumstances" of the Christians' approval for the worship service despite the fact that "there are broad First Amendment requirements around permitting events."
On Tuesday at 5 p.m., a group of local Christian leaders will meet on the steps of Seattle City Hall to demand Harrell's apology or resignation.
Since Harrell is so keen to label himself the "second Black and first biracial mayor," perhaps he should tell his constituents that he is apparently the first mayor to point a gun at a pregnant woman while arguing about a parking spot at a casino.
Would the mayor like to comment on that one?
