They now have 10 remaining children that they will attempt to implant into two rented wombs. Since the implantation process doesn't always work the first time, they'll keep implanting their children in the woman until one successfully attaches to her body and begins to grow.
Remind me again how Christians and their sexual ethics are enacting the dystopian horrors of The Handmaid's Tale?
Considering the level of genetic testing these men are doing, it would not surprise me if they screened their babies for disorders like Down's Syndrome and "terminated" any children deemed unfit.
