A Vernon, Connecticut, man got himself in a tight spot, quite literally, last weekend, when he became wedged inside a tube slide on the Northeast Elementary School playground.
The fire department, EMS, and police all responded to the call for assistance, and it took a major group effort to deconstruct the slide in order to safely extricate the grown man from the child's play structure.

The 40-year-old man was stuck with his feet and head first, which is about the most uncomfortable position I can imagine being stuck in for more than half an hour.

Here's a Facebook post from the Vernon Fire Department:
Shout out to the town of Vernon for taking this rescue operation so seriously. Just take a look at all the equipment and personnel that were utilized for one man's poor judgement.
Thankfully, the victim was freed and the playground reassembled for the use of actual children.
The man, whose name was unsurprisingly not mentioned in the post, was evaluated by EMS but refused further treatment.
Yeah, I wouldn't reveal my name either!
