A celebrity chef at the Igra Stolov ‘Game of Tables' culinary studio in Russia hosted this "cryo-show" and passed around a drink cooled with liquid nitrogen. He handed one guest named Sergey a drink and encouraged him to drink it right away.
Here's an American case from 2013 that explains what happens when you drink liquid nitrogen:
That's what happened to our boy Sergey. The liquid nitrogen expanded rapidly in his stomach and ruptured it, sending the guy to the hospital, where he's still in serious condition.
You know, maybe just out of an abundance of caution and an awareness of history, you should avoid any drink handed to you by a Russian.
