Planned Parenthood is on the ropes since the federal government cut off its abortion subsidies, and they're filing lawsuit after lawsuit to claw some of that sweet tax money back.

In June, the Supreme Court set the precedent that states don't have to give Medicaid funding to Planned Parenthood, it doesn't really make sense that the federal government would either.

And the Associate Press reported Thursday (with great sadness, I'm sure) that the 2nd Circuit Appeals Court just removed an activist federal judge's ruling that said they did.

A U.S. appeals court panel on Thursday allowed President Donald Trump's administration to block Medicaid funds to Planned Parenthood while legal challenges continue.

Nearly half of Planned Parenthood's patients rely on Medicaid.

Wait, were we supposed to feel sorry about that?

In their super-objective article, the AP says the Trump admin is cutting funding to everyone, "even to those like Planned Parenthood that also offer medical services like contraception, pregnancy tests and STD testing."
