For years now, gamers have been shoved epic piles of slop from woke, bloated "AAA" big-budget game studios.

A few recent examples come to mind:

There was Dragon Age: The Veilguard and its heavy-handed use of gender ideology and pronouns:

There were the body-positive, ambiguously "diverse" characters of the failed catastrophe Concord:

Then there was Assassins Creed Shadows, which featured a black samurai who could romance other men:

These are games from studios with thousands and thousands of employees, and game budgets in the hundreds of millions of dollars.

Well, now it appears a small independent studio in France with around 30 people just put the big studios to shame with a new game called Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, which has sold over a million copies and is already being talked about as one of the best game releases in recent years.

And man, this thing is ART:

I mean, just LOOK at it. 😍

People are absolutely loving it, and the general consensus seems to be that a small indie studio just schooled the megacorporations:

Also worth noting, the female characters actually look like women:

A breath of fresh air after years of crap like this:

And this:

And I gotta say ...

Is nature healing in the games industry? We hope so.
